- Investigation: If the Board determines that a formal investigation is warranted, it will appoint an impartial committee or designate a responsible party to conduct a thorough investigation. This investigation may include interviews with involved parties and the collection of relevant evidence.
- Notification: The individual accused of the violation will be notified in writing of the allegations against them and provided with an opportunity to respond to the allegations within a reasonable timeframe.
- Disciplinary Decision: Following the investigation and the accused party's response, the Board will convene to make a disciplinary decision. The decision may include one or more of the following actions:
- Verbal or written warning.
