CMR Player Evaluations Overview

The goal of the Central Mass Revolution (CMR) player evaluation and placement process is to ensure that every player is evaluated through an objective process that will properly assess the player’s abilities and skills. This will allow our program to properly place each player on the team that will promote player development, growth and team success. Please take the time to read all the tabs under Player Evaluations to understand the player evaluation registration, player/parent info, evaluation format and process, team placement and any additional information from USA Hockey on player development.

The player evaluation planning starts in January and continues until the end of September with Conditioning Week in September. Hundreds of volunteer hours from coaches, evaluators, BOD members and parents are needed to produce a proper player evaluation process and achieve an objective placement for all players. As many parents understand, the planning, coordination and execution of the CMR player evaluation and placement process requires the most effort of any task in our youth hockey program.

Please read thru the Player Evaluation tabs to understand everything you need to know about player evaluations.

Evaluations are scheduled and ongoing for all age groups for Travel Hockey Teams in the Valley League AAA, AA and A.

Please see additional information below on the all girls and mite cross ice program.

League and Team information for the upcoming 2019/20 hockey season.
